Guru Granth Sahib 3.9

ਜਿਸੁ ਮਨਿ ਬਸੈ ਸੁਨੈ ਹਰਿ ਨਾਉ ॥ ਤਿਸੁ ਜਨ ਕਉ ਸਦਾ ਸੁਖੁ ਹਾਉ ॥ ਆਠ ਪਹਰ ਹਰਿ ਕਾ ਨਾਮੁ ਲੇਹਿ ॥ ਨਾਨਕ ਸਾਧ ਕੀ ਨਿਰਮਲ ਰੇਹਿ ॥

jis man basai sunai har naau. tis jan kau sadaa sukh haau. aath pahar har kaa naam lehi. naanak saadh kee nirmal rehi.

He, within whose mind the Lord's Name abides and who listens to it — that person finds lasting peace. Twenty-four hours a day, take the Name of the Lord. O Nanak, follow the pure path of the Holy.

जिसके मन में हरि-नाम बसे, जो उसे सुने, उस जन को सदा सुख होता है। आठ पहर हरि का नाम लो। नानक — साधु का निर्मल पथ अपनाओ।
