He who has no understanding, whose mind is always uncontrolled — his senses are unmanageable, like the vicious horses of a charioteer.
Verse 4
But he who has understanding, whose mind is always controlled — his senses are manageable, like the good horses of a charioteer.
Verse 5
He who has understanding, who is ever pure and mindful — he reaches that state from which he is not born again.
