Rig Veda 3.4

उदगादयमादित्यो विश्वेन सहसा सह । द्विषन्तं मह्यं रन्धयन्मो अहं द्विषते रधम् ॥

ud agad ayam adityah vishvena sahasa saha | dvishantam mahyam randhayan mo aham dvishate radham

This Aditya has risen with all his power, bringing my foe into subjection. May I not be subjected to my foe.

यह आदित्य अपनी सारी शक्ति के साथ उदित हुआ है, मेरे द्वेषी को मेरे वश में करता हुआ। मैं अपने द्वेषी के वश में न आऊँ।
