जातिदेशकालसमयानवच्छिन्नाः सार्वभौमा महाव्रतम् ॥

jati-desha-kala-samaya-anavacchhinnah sarvabhaumah maha-vratam

When practiced universally, regardless of birth, place, time, or circumstance, these become the great vow.

जाति, देश, काल और समय से अनवच्छिन्न होकर सार्वभौम रूप से पालित होने पर ये महाव्रत बन जाते हैं।
